May: Control Instruments acquires Siemens VDO UK Trading’s Fleet Division and gains access to Siemens VDO’s global distribution Network
October: TeliMatrix acquires OmniBridge and merges the business with Matrix Vehicle Tracking
November: TeliMatrix lists on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE)

April: TeliMatrix acquires Tripmaster Corporation
