Ken CreagerPresident and CEO of MiX Telematics North AmericaAs President and CEO of MiX Telematics North America, Mr. Creager is responsible for the overall strategy for the Americas, while promoting MiX Telematics’ fleet management solutions among new target markets. Prior to joining Mix Telematics North America, Mr. Creager held the position of CMO & VP of Marketing and Sales Operations for Enfora, where he was responsible for the company’s global marketing and demand generation programs, along with the systems, tools and processes that enhance customer relationship management. Additionally, he held senior positions at Meru Networks, Cisco Systems, Marconi Communications, FORE Systems and Delta Air Lines. He also holds leadership positions on a number of non-profit organizations including the Board of Trustees for the Museum of the American Railroad and the Heritage Association of Frisco. |

Jeri AndersenDirector of OperationsAs Director of Operations for MiX Telematics North America, Ms. Andersen is responsible for the overall operations, supply chain & logistics, along with customer support and technical services. Prior to joining MiX Telematics, Ms. Andersen held the position of Logistics and Inventory Manager for Enfora (a division of Novatel Wireless), where she was responsible for the warehouse & sales operations and inventory management. Ms. Andersen held similar operations and supply chain positions at Fujitsu and USF Processors. Ms. Andersen has also held leadership positions in such professional organizations as APICS. |

Dee JohnsonVice President-Finance and AdministrationAs Vice President-Finance and Administration of MiX Telematics North America, Mr. Johnson is responsible for the overall financial strategy and administration for the Americas. Prior to joining Mix Telematics North America, Mr. Johnson held the position of COO & CFO of Fort Worth Bolt & Tool, where he was responsible for all operations and financial reporting. In addition he was a partner with FWB Rentals a full service equipment rental company specializing in the construction industry. Additionally, he held senior positions at Petroware Systems, CE Industries and RepublicBank. |

Baden WehmeyerVice President of EngineeringAs Vice President of Engineering for MiX Telematics North America, Mr. Wehmeyer is responsible for the product development strategy for the Americas. Prior to relocating from South Africa to join Mix Telematics North America, Mr. Wehmeyer held the position of Head of Technology for MiX Telematics International, where he was responsible for the company’s global product development teams, tools and processes. Mr. Wehmeyer has been with MiX Telematics since 2001 and holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering from University of Pretoria since 1991, and in 2007 earned his Masters of Philosophy in Information and Knowledge Management from the University of Stellenbosch. |

STEFAN JOSELOWITZChief Executive OfficerRe-elected 6 November 2007Stefan (Joss) Joselowitz is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MiX Telematics and is based in Florida. Joss founded the business after assembling a funding consortium and launching the innovative Matrix Vehicle Tracking in 1995. Not long after its inception, Matrix Vehicle Tracking became well-known for its state-of-the-art tracking and recovery system for all motor vehicles in South Africa. Prior to the formation of MiX Telematics, Joss worked for Shurlok (Pty) Ltd, a company that specialises in vehicle security in South Africa. After climbing the professional ladder, he became the company’s sales director where he and his team built Shurlok into one of the leading vehicle security companies in South Africa. His sales experience also includes the successful development of a European sales and distribution channel for Electromactic (Pty) Ltd. Joss studied electrical engineering and holds a Diploma in Aircraft Electronics. |

RIËTTE BOTHAExecutive DirectorRe-elected 6 November 2007Riëtte practiced as an accountant with various companies, before joining the business in 1999. Her career at MiX Telematics has seen her through a variety of positions such as financial manager, financial director and chief operating officer before becoming the Managing Director of MIX Telematics Africa. Riette now fills the position of Executive Director for Human Capital and special projects. |

TERRY BUZERGroup Development and Engineering DirectorAppointed 29 August 2007Terry was involved in the inception of Matrix Vehicle Tracking and the start-up and growth of OmniBridge (the two core companies on which MiX Telematics was formed in 2007). Terry has recently returned to South Africa from the UK, where he was responsible for MiX Telematics' UK and European operations. He currently heads-up our technology, engineering and development teams based in Stellenbosch. |

MEGAN PYDIGADUChief Financial DirectorAppointed 1 August 2010Megan is a CA(SA), having completed her articles with Deloitte & Touche in 1999. She stayed on for a further two years as an audit manager. Megan’s experience includes working for global groups, having worked for both De Beers and Bateman Engineering in the head office function. |

HOWARD SCOTTExecutive – Strategy and AcquisitionsRe-appointed 11 November 2010Howard has been involved with the MiX Group in various roles since its inception. He served as a non-executive director from 1997 until 2003 and as financial director in 2007 until February 2008. Since his resignation as the financial director, he has been consulting to the group. Howard relocated to the USA to take on a full-time role in the area of strategy, mergers and acquisitions. Howard was formerly registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and CPA Australia. He also trained in computer auditing with Arthur Young & Co, spent time as the group accountant at Investec Bank and was the financial director of the Radiospoor Group for 12 years. Howard also served as a non-executive director for a JSE DCM listed software house. |

CHARLES TASKERManaging Director – MiX Telematics InternationalRe-elected 7 September 2010Charles Tasker founded DataPro in 1986, which was subsequently acquired by Control Instruments in 1996. In 1997 Charles joined Control Instruments Group Limited as managing director of their fleet management business which became OmniBridge (now MiX Telematics International). Charles has a strong sales & commercial background and is passionate about technology. Today he is responsible for MiX Telematics’ fleet business globally. |
